A: Standard check-in time is 12pm.

A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 9pm.

A: Yes, our Budget Queen rooms undercover parking.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Armidale Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner in the Dumeresq restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we provide free wireless internet to all of our rooms.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area and a half size tennis court.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to the Armidale main shopping area.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Armidale Motel has a Licensed Restaurant and Bar, We are also within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

Q: What is your pet policy?
A: The Receptionist has complete discretion on accepting pets. We take a $100 bond by credit card on arrival which is fully refunded after departure if the room is left clean and undamaged. If you do not have a credit card, we apologise because we cannot accept your booking.
